Don't worry, you don't need to be a member of our leisure centre, or have visited us before to get involved over our Big Open Weekend. The best part, you can bring the family along, a friend, or just pop down on your own.

Step inside our gym, and say hello to our fantastic fitness team. Whether you're a fitness newbie or returning after a break, our Big Open Weekend is all about letting you have a go. Our team will be on hand to guide you through the gym, they'll help you hope onto the equipment and make sure you feel fully comfortable in our gym. 

Plus, you'll get complimentary access to our Boditrax on the day, this will give you instant insights to your body composition and our team will help you understand your results so you can set personalised goals that work for you. It's a quick and easy way to kick-start your fitness motivation.

Well now's your chance, weather you're looking for a high intensity energising workout, or a relaxing calming class we have something for everyone. Our taster classes are open to everyone, whatever your experience level.

Free Swimming Sessions

Make a splash with the whole family and join us for one of our free swimming sessions over the weekend. Whether your looking for a leisurely relaxing lane swim, or a splash-tastic time with the whole family we've got a session for you. 

Saturday: 7am - 7.45am, 12.45pm - 13.45pm and 4pm - 5pm

Sunday: 7am - 7.45am and 12.45pm - 13.45pm

Racquet Sports 

Have you always wanted to try a racquet sport, but don't know where to start? Why not join us on our Big Open Weekend, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 10am - 2pm and try one for free!

Aqua Fit A shallow water cardiovascular workout. Low impact, with a little choreography, designed to increase the heart rate. Great workout for abdominals, glutes and legs.

Pilates Pilates is a form of strength and flexibility training that can be done by someone at any level of fitness, and you progress at a pace that suits you. Learn the poses that take you through understanding body alignment, breathing, core control and ease of movement, whilst keeping you feeling calm and relaxed.

Body Balance A yoga-based class, ideal for anyone and everyone. Bend and stretch, to an inspired sountrack, through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
