Body Attack
A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. An instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way.

Body Pump
A total body workout using barbells perfect for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit!

Body Balance
A yoga-based class, ideal for anyone and everyone. Bend and stretch, to an inspired sountrack, through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Quieter Hours
Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.
Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday 12pm - 2pm and Thursday 8am - 10am.
While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
