Body Balance A yoga-based class, ideal for anyone and everyone. Bend and stretch, to an inspired sountrack, through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Walk and Tone A low impact easy on the joints walking workout. During this class the focus is to get your daily step count up while using some light weights to sculpt and strengthen.

Body Step Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of this class – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. STEP can become more athletic combining basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body.
